Mail Merge

 

1. Open the Label template, Click "Mailings"

2. Click "select recipents"

3. Click "use an existing list "

4. Locate the excel file with the lists

5. Select the Tab you wish to use and click ok

6. Click "Match Feilds and make sure the feils are selected correctly"

7. For example: this is a correctly matched fields

8. Click "Finish and Merge" then "Individual Documents"

9. Click "ok"

10. Review results and print if correct
