This is happening because of how Vantage links an employee's full Vantage logon to their shop floor ID when there are multiple companies. It is an odd quirk and requires you to understand the following.

What happened is this:

• When you sign into full Vantage, you have the ability to switch between Stamping and Fab
• When you exit out of Full Vantage, it will remember which company you were last logged into
• Then when you try to clock into Shop Floor, it will try to try to log you into that company. But your Shop Floor ID doesn't exist in that company (that you were last logged into in Full Vantage), your Shop Floor login exists in the other company. That is why you get the error.

To fix it do this:

• Sign in to full Vantage and toggle between Stamping and Fab
• Totally exit out of Vantage
• Launch Shop Floor
• Clock in as usual

Yes, it is annoying but it is just how Vantage was designed to work and something that you'll have to keep in mind.
