Using WinZip for ITAR and CMMC Compliance
1. Right-Click Your file you need to encrypt
2. Click "WinZip File Security" Then "Encrypt"
3. Enter a password
- Password must be atleast 16 Characters long
- Contain one of each of the following
- 1 UPPERCASE
- 1 lowercase
- 1 number (0-9)
- 1 Special Character (!, @,#, $, %,^, &,*, etc)
4. Click "OK"
5. In cases where you still need the file you encrypt Click "Keep the Orginal Files"
